Lemon-Mustard Vinaigrette
This is hands down my family’s favorite dressing recipe We make it all year long but it is especially good during warm weather months. The lemon makes it so bright and the Dijon helps emulsify it into a perfect consistency.
It is the perfect pairing for my Greek salad.
INGREDIENTS
6 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1-2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Place ingredients in small jar or Tupperware with tight fitting lid. Shake well. Will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
